During his tenure at the Bank of Industry, Deji was instrumental in the UNDP's AtRE (Access to Renewable Energy) project, contributing to strategic energy challenge planning that saw 11 victorious projects emerge across 11 Nigerian states. He also orchestrated comprehensive training programs for banks and SMEs. Deji's multifaceted expertise found expression at Jobberman Limited, where he spearheaded intricate facets of marketing encompassing indoor and outdoor events, partnerships, public relations, and new media strategies. Over his 30-month tenure, he spearheaded the conceptualization, participation, and execution of more than 100 career-oriented events, further amplifying the company's brand presence. His role as Partnerships Manager acquainted him with esteemed brands including LCCI/ARM, FCMB, Sterling Bank, First Bank, Airtel Africa, ACCA, Shell, and First E & P. Through strategic alliances, he cultivated during this time, he substantiated his adeptness at forging substantial partnerships. Deji's most illustrious venture was co-founding Errand360.ng, Nigeria's pioneering 100% eco-friendly logistics company utilizing bicycles for deliveries. Leading a dedicated team of over 35 staff members and collaborating closely with co-founders, their operations expanded across Lagos, Oyo, and Abuja, engaging more than 350 bicycle riders. This distinctive approach garnered commendation from esteemed media outlets including Channels TV, Daily Independent Newspapers, Ventures Africa, Disrupt Africa, and TechCabal, among others.
